Realty Customer Service

Although over the years my career has changed, it is that of great Customer Service being a prerequisite to my feeling satisfaction in the work I do. Understanding that to provide the best Customer Service possible, I had to develop four key areas:
1. Responsiveness. I don't take all day to get back in touch. It is a matter of, always answering the phone when it rings.
2. Proactive status. Good or bad, we all feel more comfortable when we know what's up.
3. Politeness. I follow the golden rule even when others don't.
4. Respect. Is caring about my clients. My team and I will always listen to you to better understand your needs. We will follow your instructions.
"Believe one who has proved it. Believe an expert." Virgil
To measure the level of my real estate service, I ask customers about their experience throughout the entire process. This is key to my ensuring you are completely satisfied.
“We would recommend John as being honest, professional and proficient in all parts of the real estate process.” Judy Martin & Cliff Snell , Mattapoisett MA
I draw from other areas of life to further serve clients. My volunteer work with Rotary International, and Junior Achievement has shown me the true meaning of helping others in need. People come to me with real estate problems. It is the compassion and caring qualities I am exposed to when working toward solutions, which is truly remarkable. I'm grateful for the people who have come into my life!
"John's commitment to Junior Achievement is phenomenal. For JA staffers, classroom teachers and the kids themselves, he is a pleasure to work with." Joseph J. Parisi, President JA of Southern Massachusetts
The best Customer Service comes from my always being accessible and easy to talk with. I've built the qualities of accessibility and communication into my core business and combined them with the four areas of customer service: responsiveness, proactive status, politeness and respect. When summarizing my feelings about service, I coined our company motto ... You're important to us!
Please consider us to serve your real estate needs, thank you!
